Does everything sound like it is powering up?
Also, check that you have the Vid card firmly in place. If you don't then this can happen.
Try another vid card to check it's not faulty.
Also, is the monitor LCD or CRT?

The monitor is CRT, I tried another vid card, it doesnt work. I checked, firmly in place. Yes, it sounds like everything is powering up.
Also, if i dont plug in the IDE cable from my DVD drive to the Mobo, i can open it by pressing the button. If i plug the IDE cable from my DVD drive to the Mobo, it wont open, and the light wont come on.

Elrey, sounds like you have some major issues here.
Check all the pin connectors on your IDE connectors to make sure none are bent.
With the Graphics Card, remove the card and check the pin connectors in the slot to make sure none of them are bent. Then replace the card firmly back into the slot and try again.
ALso, as I can't remember which Card you have bought and without going back and checking, making sure there is no extra power connection required direct to the card. If there is, make sure you have it connected.
The easiest way to test if the mobo is working. Use the following only.
Mobo, 1 memory stick if you have more than one, Processor and Graphics card. Remove anything else that is unnecessary, and then power up. If this works and you can see the Boot Up screen displayed, then you know something else has been connected incorrectly.
Arfe you connecting a floppy drive up? If so, make sure you have the cable connected at the floppy end, the right way round too. This can sometimes cause a hiccup in the boot process.
If you are having serious problems with all of this, then for the last time, I really suggest you get someone to help you out that has more knowledge of building a PC than you do.

I took it to the Geek Squad in Best Buy. Yes, one of my IDE connectors pins is bent, the blue primary one, but i hope the Geek Squad can unbend it. The computer was built fine the Geek Squad guy said, so for the last time, I really suggest that you realize that i am more pc literate than you think. About the graphics card, what do you mean pin connectors? The graphics card does not have pin connectors, it has a AGP slot. Also yes, it does have a power supply for the graphics card, since it has its own fan and heatsink. I dont have it on a DIRECT connection, as then i would run out of molex connectors. It is being shared with the HD and the DVD drive i believe.

some cards REQUIRE a dedicated connection to the card
if it is being shared 3 ways that may be contributing
after the pin problem is solved try disconnecting the extra splitter cable that was added and plug in just the video card directly for an experiment

The AGP Card Slot pin connectors are the metal strips that connect to the pins located on the graphics card. There are two rows of them.
If one of these has been pushed out of place, then that can cause a problem just like the bent pin in the IDE slot.
As for the IDE slot, was that mobo IDE Connector or device connector. If it's the mobo connector, i wouldn't touch it, and send it back to NEWEGG, stating that the connector was bent on arrival.
If the guys in BEst Buy break the pin, which is very easy to do, then you are knackered and can no longer send the board back as the would probably presume you have already been trying to connect it up, and broke it yourself.

Why would i be knackered? I could tell newegg that i put the ide pin in and since it was bent, the pin broke. Also, if its the mobo thats busted, im gonna splurge and get a DFI Lanparty mobo. I heard that they were good but required a 480 watt power supply at minimum. Is this true, and if it is, can you reccomend a mobo that is socket 754, has an agp slot and doesnt require a psu more than 420 watts?

480 NO
that was the recommended power supply for the original 6800 video cards
the one you have is a lesser power consuming version and has only one molex according to the photo i saw (the original had 2 molex to power it)
the mb only consumes as much power as the items you add to it

Newegg would then say, if you saw it was bent, then why did you put the connector in?
As for Mobo's, I would go for the 939 as these take both FX and Normal AMD 64 chips. 754 is restricted to one chip only.
As for the mobo requiring a 480 watt, i can only assume this is for the intense OC the DFI board can be put through and may be a recommendation on there part so you don't blow the board. DFI are for overclockers who want the best possible for gaming.
Personally, I would choose an ASUS, due to the layout and quality of there boards. THey make it a lot easier to connect all the items onto the Mobo.
One review I read on the DFI, gave an example of how close the Graphics Card got to one of the main control chips. Something like 1mm to spare on room, and they didn't much go for the way the board was laid out due to it being awkward connecting everything up.
This I read from the hardware reviewer. Something like Anandtech I think.
As for which you should go for, I would suggest searching the web for reviews and make your own mind up. There are a lot of biased people here who have there own preferences.
Anyway, it's up to you as I'm just dredding to think what will happen next.

IT WORKED!!!
So, it was a sucessful computer build, except for all that damn spyware showing up right after my reboot with internet. Thanks for all of your help guys. Mabye someone can use this thread as refrence if they are building their first computer. Thanks! (Oh BTW: It can install 6 things at once w/o lag! This rocks)
Computer Specs
AMD Athlon64 3400+ w/Hyperthreading 2.4 ghz
1GB RAM
160GB HD
128mb NVIDIA GeForce 6800
